Bankruptcy day Barcelona. September 19 and October 15, 2013
On the 19th of September and 15th of October the Bankruptcy Conference 2013 took place in the College of Chartered Accounts of Catalonia, in which news and practical aspects were exposed.
The new figure of Bankruptcy mediator in the settlement of payments which will see the light within the law of entrepreneurs was especially significant among the topics discussed.
Also, other topics such as the bankruptcy ERE, the sale of the productive unit and expert evidence in bankruptcy were dealt with.
