Implications for the company. The role of the agents: company, bankruptcy administration, the court.
On Thursday November the 22nd Bankruptcy Day 2012 took place in the Colegio de Censores de Catalunya. It dealt with four presentations-debates designed by Insolnet covering not only legal and procedural aspects, but also of financial insolvency strategy and the internal management of bankruptcy administration, analysing the effective role of professional societies.
The Insolnet partners, Marti Batllori, Jordi Castells and Raimon Casanellas, participated in the Bankruptcy Day as speakers at the various sessions.
